Justin and the crew at Reno Computer Fix are awesome. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs repair or maintenance. They have excellent customer service and fixed the lcd on my laptop in 5 days!! Very quick providing they had to order the part. Will use again.

About 2.5 years ago I downloaded a virus on my lap top. I took it to the Geek Squad who quoted me a $300 charge to just remove the virus. I agreed to pay the fee desperate to retrieve the information on my PC. They were unable get past my password screen (which I did provide). I took my lap top to Justin at Reno Computer Fix within 2 minutes he is was into my hard drive and diagnosed it. Yes it had a virus but also a bad hard drive which totally made sense. With everything he did for my computer I paid less than half of what I would have with the other guys, plus I have guarantee of their work, I have a long time computer repair guy. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and AWESOME!!!! I finally have my grandson’s baby pics from when he was born (hadn t shared them with anyone before the crash). I cannot thank Reno Computer Fix enough. Go to them, they are reasonably priced and really know their stuff!!!

I went in looking for a part to fix a broken lap top, and left with the part, info on an easier way to do the repair, along with help in dealing with a different computer’s issues. After talking with Justin, a first time contact, for around 5 minutes we were at a level that seemed like we had known each other for years. The help and information provided was dead on, I ll be back and recommend them to everyone. The parts, normally somewhat pricey, were discounted with installation instructions being correct and free. It doesn t get much better!

if you need your computer or laptop fixed with great service, friendly people and FAST this is the place to go!! they dont over charge the diagnosis is free and they order the parts right away while they tell you the price and all. When i went there they told me it was gonna take a week or so but it only too 3 days!!! wow !! plus they have this very fun riddle and if you get it theyll take $5 off your whole purchase!!!! so i suggest you take that computer now and get it fix for cheap. Dont for get to try and solve the riddle!!!

Reno Computer Fix is awesome! Ian and Justin are the coolest cats out there that will help you with any computer issue. I was only in town for a week and needed a new drive. They painlessly took care this and went the extra mile. Very personable, down-to-earth, and friendly service. A definite find!

Reno Computer Fix is a laid back yet very professional business dedicated to fixing nearly anything to do with computers. Their prices are competitive (my particular fix was half of what other local companies were charging), and their service is great. It's awesome to see such personal and professional ambition coming from such a young and capable group of people.

Really painless great experience told me what was wrong fix the problem two days before the time i was told it would be done explained everything they did showed me the old parts they switched out i was happy to have my laptop back

I was handed a flyer by Justin Pederson, promoting his business Reno Computer Fix For some reason I did not throw it away. A few weeks later my computer started dying. So I took a chance and hauled it down to Reno Computer Fix. Justin ran a scan in my presence and explained what he was doing so this 72 yr. old techno ignoramus could understand what we were looking at. As I thought,the harddrive was dying. Still Justin tried to save it, sadly, to no avail. At no time did he try to sell me any thing I did not need and could not afford.
